Online Reputation Management for Small Businesses
Monitor and improve how people talk about you online, from Google reviews to what AI tools say when someone asks about your business.
Sound Familiar?
Most of the small businesses I talk to are dealing with at least one of these.
Too few reviews
Happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own, so a handful of old reviews tells your whole story.
A bad review sitting unanswered
One unhappy review with no reply can cost you customers who never call to hear your side.
AI repeating old complaints
AI tools summarize what they find about you. If the loudest voices are negative, so is the summary.
What's Included
More recent, positive reviews, faster responses, and a reputation that helps people choose you.
Review and mention monitoring

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only reviews that break a platform's rules, like spam or fake reviews, can be flagged for removal. For honest negative reviews, a calm, helpful reply is usually the best fix, and more positive reviews put it in context.
Is it OK to ask customers for reviews?
Yes, as long as you ask everyone and don't offer rewards for positive reviews. I set up a request process that follows Google's rules.
What does AI have to do with my reputation?
When someone asks an AI tool about your business, it pulls from reviews and mentions across the web. A stronger review profile leads to a better AI summary.
How often do you check reviews?
Monitoring runs continuously, and you get a monthly summary of ratings, new reviews and anything that needs your attention.
